The Great Conflict

You set the charge for three minutes, leaving you ample time to get out. As you go up the catacomb stairs you notice a mob of peasants waiting at the top. They are armed with pitch forks and clubs and seem determined on not letting you leave this temple alive. Their courage is only exceeded by their stupidity as they believe their false god will protect them from your wrath. You make quick work of them with your fire arms and not a single hit is able to be landed upon you. With the peasant militia utterly destroyed you run out of the temple and get behind a nearby rock. In a few seconds there is a massive explosion and a blinding light is released due to the energy that has been created. In an instant the explosion is over and you go to look and check the success rate of your mission. It seems that the entire temple has been vaporized as well as several of the surrounding homes and mills. All that remains is a massive crater. Even the catacombs have been wiped out due to your placement of the charge. You can hear the voice of the automentor in the helmet of your battle suit. It says, "Mission accomplished. Primary objectives achieved, secondary objectives achieved. A transport is in route to return you to base."
