The neverending story

You make your way to one of the restaurants. Out front is a large sign, written in many languages, only two of which use the alpha-numeric script you are familiar with. The first appears to be in Latin. The second, English.
You read, "Warning:This establishment caters to the dietary needs of silicon, and tripolyurethane lifeforms. Menu contents may be poisonous, inedible, or completely lacking in nutritional value to any other life forms."
Hm...
You head over to the next restaurant to the right. Again, there is a large sign, written in many languages, only two of which use the alpha-numeric script you are familiar with.
This time the English reads, "Warning:This establisment caters to the dietary needs of carbon based, mammalian and reptilian life forms. Menu contents may be poisonous, inedible, or completely lacking in nutritional value to any other life forms."
