The neverending story

The meadow is a grassy clearing, roughly 40 feet across and surrounded by the vast forest.
You see a lone rabbit feeding in the centre of the meadow, and realize that you're hungry.
You swoop down to catch the rabbit in your claws, when it suddenly spots you and screams, "Don't eat me! I'm a man! Please, don't eat me!"
