He was sentenced to life due to his anti-government views and his commanding involvement in the resistance. He is a large and powerful man with a keen mind. He is an inspiring man and a respected strategist. His physical endurance and strength has only increased since his placement in prison. He battles to regain his freedom, and can't deny the prospect of gaining a substantial monetary kick back.
William Garris is a former luetenant in the World Army, the military branch of the Global Government who recently took control of the world. He is well built and posesses a keen strategic mind. Having no family and only a passion for battle; death, and destruction, he entered this contest to fulfill those desires. He is in his early thirties.
