You think you better stay at the Thieves Guild, while the Syndicate isn't exactly your enemy yet, you don't want to suddenly wake up to Falcon kicking you in the head asking you if you've made your decision yet. Besides, you can get more familiar with the interior of the Guild while you stay here (And see Tanya more often).
You head back to your room in the Guild and settle down to rest. You must also eat 1 ration now or lose 3 STAMINA points.
The next day arrives and you have a lot of things to do, like selling, buying and anything else you can think of that might interest you.
You'll probably be coming back to this location so keep in mind you can only pick each selection once! Also if you're currently wanted for theft you can't go to the market place at all or you'll instantly be recognized by the merchants and arrested. You CAN go to the temple district if you made enemies there, but it's probably risky. (Though the only reason to go to the temple district is if you're saddled with curses, if not then you have no desire to go there)
When you've selected all options once or you're done, pick "Go on another job" to continue your adventure.
