Legend
After dispatching the sadistic sergeant, the rest of the soldiers look on, wondering what comes next.
"Well? What're you all standing around for?! You heard this man, he said the rebel hideout is located at the city square, get to it!" you say to the soldiers who follow your orders.
The citizens thank you for saving them from a brutal death. The one man mentions he really isn't a sympathizer either, he just wanted something better for his family and the rebels sounded pretty convincing, and even helped the poor such as himself. You ask him what has changed his mind to cause him to rat them out.
"There's something not right about them. The last few times they were here they began to speaking about some really strange things. Some were also trying to convert us to some weird religion. Something about an all knowing god of terrible power."
"The One True God?" you ask.
"Oh no, not that one. No this was something much more sinister. I could feel it. It was then I got the impression that they wouldn't be any better than the Baron. While he's certainly an evil, selfish and ruthless man, he's at least what we know and mortal. If these rebels take power, I fear that we will be unleashing a far greater otherworldly evil on the city. We can't help much, but here take this as part of my gratitude, maybe it will help you in your fight against the rebels."
Before you leave, the man gives you a medallion which has been infused with some minor protective magic. You may add 1 to your Initial LUCK while you wear it. (You may also restore your LUCK up to its Initial value right now)
Gain 3 alignment points for your deeds.
You soon arrive at the city square which is a war zone; the Baron's soldiers are fighting the rebels in the street who seem to have regrouped here to make a last stand. A lot of them have entrenched themselves in some building. You're guessing the leader is hold up in there. You could help in the siege and fight your way in with the rest of the soldiers or attempt to sneak in using the sewers.
