Well, even though he was a jerk, you can't just let him die like this. You start looking in your pack for something that might help, but when Raltec sees what you're doing he tells you not to bother.

Anyway, you suddenly seem to have come into the ownership of a house. You quickly search the house for valuables, but come up with nothing; you actually aren't surprised considering how cheap he was when it came to paying you. Searching his lab you hope to have more luck, since he spent all his time in there, that's where anything of value might be. Unfortunately his battle with the demon completely wrecked the lab. Just about everything in there has been destroyed.
Oh well, you can't have everything. Time to clean up this place and make it your own!
