The Black Citadel

The painting looks extremely lifelike, and you can almost feel Wiculoth's dark piercing eyes are actually watching you. His mouth is contorted in a strange sinister grin, which is surrounded by long thin dark beard that is forked at the ends. It's so lifelike in fact that you have to pick the painting off the wall to examine if it's enchanted or not. As you do so, you notice a small hole in the wall behind where the painting was. What will you do?
