What Lies Above
"Fine. Come along," Otis says to you as you get up from bed.
You're led to a much nicer part of the palace than you were used to. The walls are lined with beautiful frescos. You reach a door and Otis hands you a black cloak and bids you put it on. "You should at least look presentable," he explains before leaving.
You enter the room and find a man wearing a red cloak.
"I am Minister of the South Byron. Years ago, there was a plague in my home city. Many people were sick, but a far greater number were healthy. We could have treated the sick, but there would have been a chance of the plague spreading and many more dying. Conversely, we could have thrown those infected off the cloud, killing them but saving everyone else. What do you think we should have done? Think carefully."
