Silent, but Deadly

You charge with the rest of the platoon. As the rounds come down range, you feel the urge to press harder. You catch up to the first fire team and ask them what they want you to do. The fire team leader gives out another hand and arm signal. Again, you still cannot comprehend. Then, the fire team leader gives a silence signal. You are getting tired of all the hand gestures, so you ask the fire team leader this question..."Why in the hell can you just say something? I am just a few feet away from you. What harm can it do?"
The rest of the platoon are shocked as you broke the code of silence. At that same moment, you are surrounded by enemy soldiers. Their weapons are drawn on all of you and their cross-hairs are locked on all of your heads. The fire team leader is highly pissed at you, but his feelings have to be on reserve. he has other things on his mind. He gives you another hand and arm signal...(again)...and this time you think you know what he wants you to do. So, you react.
