The Black Citadel
You and Vandil explain the details of your escape plan to the other gladiators in the darkness of the stone room. If enacted upon without any mistakes or sudden surprises, your comrades should be out of the Black Citadel by morning. While you and Vandil should be inside the central spire of the Black Citadel searching for Zirder.
Later that night, after lying awake on the cold stone floor and listening to the sounds of the guards feet move up and down the corridor outside, you get up, find Vandil and whisper,
"Vandil, it's time. I'll be back for you and the others soon."
The first thing you have to do is get outside into the corridor and get the guards keys to be able to open the doors and gates in the corridors of the inner wall. The next step is to retrieve your weapons and backpack, free the men, arm them and get them out of the Black Citadel through the dungeons below.
