"Really?" Now, you're just confused.
"Yes. We have a dictatorship similar to the Cardassians on Star Trek. Except, our planet was floundering, and so we sought to examine the possibility of another style of government. The 2000 campaign was a thing of beauty; somehow, no matter what got fouled up, the people didn't charge the capital with battle axes."
"Thank you," you say, not sure what else to say - at least he just paid the U.S. a compliment.
Now that he has just revealed that he's from another planet, what do you do?
