Escape From Hell Asylum

You open the door and find yourself in another room, not a hallway. One of the overhead lights is on, the rest must have burnt out. The room is filled with filing cabinets and a long table is against the wall opposite them. There are a few loose papers on the desk and some manila folders. There's a slightly ajar door next to the table.
