Steve-The Text Adventure

You look around wondering what to do, the demons keep pouring out. You pick up a shoe and through it at the demon door. As the shoe approaches the vortex it slows down until it stops, just hanging in mid air. It rotates lazily in space for a few seconds before finally deciding to get sucked into the vortex never to be seen again. Nothing else happens. You stare at the door for a while. "Damn it" you say after a few minutes.
