Wilf Wolf's Party

Wilf decides that if he can't get in to Bo's bank, then he'll rally the people of Emilyville to take action instead. Wilf see's a broken car near Bo's Bank, and stands on it, drawing a crowd. Soon, Wilf notices that he has a REALLY big crowd. Wilf is a little scared of public speaking but decides that this is his moment, and the time to make change is now.
