Kamp Kuma

“Now that the introductions are over with,” Monokuma began,”We can get back to my original question: WHICH ONE OF YOU TOUCHED THE BUS?!”

“What are you talking about?” Ivy asked.

“The bus! The damn bus that I picked you up here!” Monokuma explained angrily,”Someone messed with the bus! That’s against the rules! I need to know which one of you touched it!”

When no one answered, Monokuma looked around the group and said: “Okay, then. If none of you want to speak up, we’ll have to do a trial!”

“What are we, a fucking grand jury?” Hera muttered.

“No! You’re all suspects and you all have to participate!”

“What are you even talking about?” Blake asked, I’m unsure if he was confused by what Monokuma was saying or if he was just confused in general.

“We’re going to do a trial! Normally, there’s evidence that’d you have to investigate and you’d get to look at the crime scene or wherever. But not this time! Think of this like a practice round.”

Just like Blake, I was extremely confused. What did Monokuma mean by this? Crime scenes? Trials? Practice round? This made absolutely no sense, but everyone else seemed to know what’s happening, so I stayed quiet and kept listening.

“So instead, this trial will be short and sweet: no investigation time and alibis only! We’ll figure out what happened through the alibis and whoever is caught will be punished! Let’s all head over-”

“No.” Ryori interrupted, crossing her arms. She had cleaned all food residue off of herself and had taken her apron off, making her look like a waiter.

Monokuma turned around to speak to her,”No?”

“No! I’ve been up since dawn making breakfast and I am not about to let all my work go to waste. I know this food is damn good, because I made it.” Ryori fired, looking upset.

Monokuma glowered at her for a moment before pulling out a small remote and pressing a button, making the kitchen door slam shut behind her. Ryori jumped at the sudden slam and tried to jiggle the doorknob, but it didn’t budge.

“Let’s all head over to the campfire, then!” Monokuma exclaimed, ignoring Ryori’s upset look.

Leading the group, Monokuma left first. Table after table followed him hesitantly, a few looked back over at Ryori sympathetically. I, however, stayed seated. And so did Ammon. Doro and Itami had gone to Ryori and convinced her to follow them out the door.
