CAITLIN: Uhhh, well I didn’t finish my homework; Nora agreed to help me if I got her out of gym.
JESSE: Poor Nora, don’t you feel bad?
CAITLIN: No, it’s a . . . . mutual transaction. She does my homework, I get her out of gym and studyhalls. It’s a business trade.
TEACHER: Caitlin?
Caitlin turns around in her seat, looking away from Jesse. We see him snicker behind his hand as he tries to hold in his laughter.
CAITLIN: Uhh. . . yeah?
TEACHER: Can you give me the answer you got for question 7 on the homework last night?
