Everything Went Dark

Even though he chose not to do anything, the person behind him did. They grabbed Jack's arm and tugged him out the door with an alarming amount of strength. Jack tried to pull away,"I-Wha-" He looked at whoever was dragging him out the door. It was Evie! This made everything much less scary...for a few seconds at least. Evie continued to speed ahead and shushed him,"I'll explain in a bit. Come with me and I'll get you out of here." At least Evie isn't dead. He wasn't sure how she managed to get away, but he wasn't going to question it. Besides, Jack had always had a feeling she just passed out. At least she was saving him and getting him away from this weird cult stuff.
