You command the driver to exit the vehicle and he does so after you have him spin around and notice no guns on him you tell him to drop to his knees, and lay on the ground with his arms spread out. The driver is totally compliant and does so and the passenger follows the same directions. Seems everything is goin well at this point and it looks like an arrest is about to be made.
