In the Dungeons of the Tickle Queen
Still some distance away, you crouch down in the bushes and try to think of a way to distract the guards. Your eyes spy a large, fallen tree limb on the forest floor. As quietly as you can, you use you hunting knife that you keep tucked into your boot to saw off a managable, fist sized piece of the limb.
It is heavy and has a good weight to it. Perfect for hurling. You heft it up, and using both hands, send it flying through the trees. It lands with a thud in a small group of shrubs, causing every leaf within five feet to rustle.
Both guards turn their heads as one, pulling their weapons into the ready position.
"What was that?" whispers one.
"Dunno," says the other. "Go check it out."
"You go check it out," replies the first. "It sounded really big."
The second guard sighs heavily. "Fine," she says. "Wait here. I'll be right back."
And with that, she heads off into the direction of the noise to investigate.
Soon she is out of sight.
What do you do?
