My hands grabbed tightly onto Navaien's as I pushed the door open of the dimly lit room, pulling him inside with me in the very tight spot.
His height bothered him in many ways as he hit his head in the ceiling and his long legs kicked everything in the dark, cursing and hissing alongside me. I squeezed his palm and pressed the other to his mouth to get him to shut up in a desperate attempt, leaving just the smallest crack open so a little light filters in. Not only was it Rose, but it was my father as well.
"We can't let him have the passenger on his side." My father said, hands clasped tightly behind his back. Rose was walking alongside him, silver eye glinting on her chest as it hanged from her neck.
"Mandiya may be Force sensitive but Ren has no right to him. We need him back before Kylo completely deteriorates him."
The talk went on and faded in the distance and I could only feel Navaien's left leg pressed into my right thigh, my sweaty hand still against his mouth and his entire body crooked underneath the short room. I forced the door open with my knee and breathed for a moment once more, regaining my breath.
Derny laughed a little, running his hand up against the wall. "Never again?" I nodded, hating the way I could feel sweat go down my back.
"Never again."
