And All Things Will End

Quickly, you walk toward the building, avoiding corpses as you go. A small door in the center of two particularly ornate windows affords you access.

Inside the front room, you find a lovely little space, crammed to the brim with books, papers, and all other utilities befitting that of a learning center. Judging by the fairytales and hastily scrawled nature of these books, you determine that this building was host to many small children. A large statue of a god whose name eludes you stands prostrate in the corner of the room, looking on with an equal mixture of harshness and love.

There is another door, set sullenly into the east wall. You suspect you know what is behind it.
