Escape From Hell Asylum

Man, this place gives you the jibblies. You back up, away from the door. There's a trap door beneath your feet. the ground begins to shake, and you feel something crumble. You're horrified to find the remnants of a crushed skull, and an arm bone sticking out from the trap door. The poor guy looks like he was trying to escape.
