A Tale of Two Choices

Now Edmund could not remember an ancestor with this name. He knew that there had been a great great uncle with the name Arthur Edmund Withenstrop, but this surely could not be the same person. The only person who would be likely to know was his father.

Edmund finished dressing and went to the library to find his father. He opened the door to the dimly lit room. Inside he saw his father and a servant (the under butler he thought) who was looking distinctly flushed and uncomfortable.
