Touhou: Animism of Expansion EX
Patchouli's face grew weary as she instantly recognised the black and white clothing she had grown to loath. In the very same cocky smile she always had on her face, Marisa Kirisame appeared before Patchouli and the Imp. Quickly shoving her current book into the bag of others, she gave a wave.
"Oh, hey Patchouli! I know what you're thinking, "Really Marisa? You think some simple invisibility potion is going to outsmart me?" Let me tell you, I had my doubts from the beginning, so don't think I'm losing my touch or nothing." Marisa scratched the back of her head in an embarrassed way.
Tilting her head past Patchouli, Marisa noticed the young imp boy behind her, smiling at the sight of her. "Ooooo, I haven't seen him before! Is he a new familiar? A boyfriend? The second brother's son on your mother's side?"
Firing a barrage of Danamku at Marisa the second she stopped talking, Patchouli took to the air and began her assault, rage seething behind her eyes. Whistling with her fingers, Marisa's broom weaved through the library and flew over to her, giving her the time to hop onto it. With Marisa trying to make a swift escape and Patchouli wanting to shoot her down, it was a quite a spectacle for the Imp to see.
As Patchouli started to slow down, cough violently as she flew, Marisa turned around on her broom and slowed down. "What? Tired already? Come on Patchy get your act together! Seriously, go see Eirin or someone, you're in awful shape."
No longer wanting to see anymore of Marisa's attitude, the boy's eye glowed bright red. Raising his hands, a red aura radiated from them. As they did, Marisa soon felt herself and her broom both come to a stop. Looking around, she noticed that she and the broom were both trapped in a red aura, just like the one the boy was using. Suddenly, Marisa was pulled down to the ground, trapped inside the red glow, until she was brought onto a spare chair, and soon fitted with a red aura styled binding spell.
Slowly levitating back to ground, Patchouli covered her mouth to cough and soon met up with the Imp. "That was remarkable! Thank you ever so much." Patchouli then followed the boy towards the chair where Marisa was held.
