Just an Ordinary Day in the Life of an Ordinary Girl
Thomas doesn't seem to mind at all. After having parked the car, he gracefully steps out, takes a curious look around and follows you into the shop. You take a look around and think of buying something to eat.
"Are we there yet?" he asks you. You grab a soda from the fridge, then turn to Thomas.
"No, not yet, I just thought it would be a good idea to make a quick stop before we went any further. Would you like anything to eat or drink?" you ask your travel companion.
"Yes, thank you." He starts to examine the many bottles of different kinds of sodas and eventually chooses a bottle of mineral water.
You both take a few sandwiches too.
The shop's assortment is quite complete. You ponder on buying some other things too, but after paying for breakfast you only have 20 dollars left to spend and maybe it would be wise to save some.
The shop offers:
- a small torch, $6
- a first aid kit, $7
- a small note-book and pencil, $3, and
- 10 meters of strong rope, $5
