Tomas decided it wasn't safe to have a gun or knife in the house so he left it to be. He felt unsafe for the longest time because of the murders going around. Finally he moves out and gets a job. He becomes a bartender. There he can brush his teeth and go to the bathroom without seeing anyone around him. He gets enough money for a motel. Everyday around six he takes strolls. He tries to be discreet about it because that's the time all of the drunks come around. One day an ugly guy passes by him, sure enough to be a druggy so Tomas tries to be alert around him. But the man pushes Tomas and takes his money. Tomas hits him to get his money back but the man had a gun.
