A Harry Potter Adventure

You hurry along the corridor in the direction of the library. Upon entering, you see Hermione contemplating over a book at a table in the far corner of the room.

You walk over to her and quietly sit across from where she is so as not to startle her.

"Hey, Hermione?," you ask. "Can I talk to you?"

"Harry," she responds, "you're never going to believe this. I think I've found out what may have caused the Phoenix Hagrid has to become so sick. It says here that Phoenix's can only become ill if their magic is drained from them. Otherwise they are pretty much invulnerable." Hermione begins to read from the book, "'Some symptoms include inablity to fly, extreme fatigue, and loss of magical powers.' That sounds just like Hagrid's Phoenix!"

"We should probably go and tell Hagrid," you reply. "But before we do, there is something I need to tell you. Last night, I had a very strange dream..."

You tell Hermione about your dream in full detail and await her response.

"Well, since your dreams have held such importance in your past, I'd imagine that you'll probably need to eventually find out what is behind the doors. But Harry, please be careful, you never know what can happen in a dream. Have you told anyone else about this?"

"No, I decided to hear your thoughts about it first."

"Well, I think it might be okay if you mention something to Ron, but other than that, I'd just keep this to yourself. You don't want to blow this out of proportion in case it means nothing at all."

You agree with Hermione and decide to heed her warning about keeping the dream a secret between you and your 2 best friends.

"Now then," Hermione begins, "let's go to Hagrid's hut and tell him what we've found out about the Phoenix."
