A Harry Potter Adventure
You open the journal Hagrid sent you for your birthday and decide to jot down a few things that may be of importance later on. Your entry reads as follows:
September, 5
Today was very strange, as my days at Hogwarts usually are. I got into an arguement with Malfoy at the bookstore and he said a few things that made me uneasy. I think he was probably just trying to scare me though. I really do hate him.
Hagrid has been caring for a sick Phoenix. He has been keeping it in a cage behind his hut. I hope he knows what he's doing.
I am going to be learning advanced defense this year. Won't Malfoy be surprised when he finds out that Dumbledore will be giving me private lessons. Normally I don't like being singled-out, but it's going to be great seeing his expression when he hears!
I'm very tired as my day has been full of running from here to there. I'm ready for bed. Untill next time.
----------------------------------------
You read over what you had just written and begin to wonder what makes this journal so magical. Everything you had written is still there unchanged, no one has written back to you from the past (See "Chamber Of Secrets"), and everything seems pretty normal. Maybe Hagrid has been had. Who knows, but I'm sure you'll find out soon enough.
