War!: Misfits v.s. the Syndicate!

Entering the restaurant, you sit in a booth, and wait to be served. Wow, this diner was empty! Only two others were inside, and both were wearing weird trench coats. As a waitress lazily takes your order, you notice three characters entering, all wearing black leotards. Stiffing down a laugh,you give the waitress your order. the leotard wearing figures approached the trench coated man sitting at the bar stand. They began to frantically shout at the man, and over the waitress yelling to tune out the event, you manage to hear them accusing the man of murder! The man nonchalantly goes on with eating his food, chuckling. The people looked hostile. What should you do? The man may or may not have killed someone, but was it your choice to make? Maybe the leotards were just thugs.
