A Mystical Adventure

As you walk through the forest, you glance around, trying to find your way through the foliage. Shrubs, branches, and roots seem to purposely get in your way, making your progress extremely slow. The wings on the tiger-creature would've proven quite useful, but you shake your head and urge yourself onward despite the sweat running down your brow. You can do this, it was just a trek through the forest.

Or so you thought. As you walk deeper into the woods, the suns begin to become blocked out by the canopy above. Darkness coats the forest, and you find it harder to see.

So hard that you don't see the silky strands that hang around you. A root on the ground sneaks up from beneath you, causing you to fall face-forward. Your hands shoot out to catch your fall, and you can feel sticky strands clinging to your skin.

Gritting your teeth, you try your best to pull away, but the strands hold firm despite how fragile they look.

A shadow begins to fall upon you, and you lift your head to see eight tall, spindly legs coming your way.

You swallow painfully as the spider looms above. Spotting a stick nearby, you have a chance to use it in defense, or find a way to reason with the spider...it seemed to work for the tiger.
