The Encrypted Massacre Investigation

The driver of the cab is very secretive, keeping his face hidden. He motions for you to sit in the car's backseat. You do, and he drives you to a medium sized warehouse. The driver gets out of the car, and opens your door, allowing you to exit the car. You do, and follow him inside. Once you nter the warehouse, you are amazed by how nice it looks, compared to the outside. It is well furnished, and there is an entire wall of just TV and computer monitors. There is what appears to be a young boy bent over a half-completed plain white puzzle. He lifts his head, looking at you. "Welcome to my headquarters, _______."
