Jedi or Sith

You were born on a Republic ship in the Outer Rim. Your father is a Jedi Padawan so you have some abilities of the Force. Your mother died when the ship was in combat with a Sith Battle Cruiser leaving your father to raise you in secrecy alone. Your father than traveled to Dantooine. At your childhood your father taught you everything about the Force his master taught him.

Because he is really busy he couldn't keep you from making friends. You of course showed off your abilities to them a day after your 12th birthday. Then a brown hooded figure caught you using the Force, she then walked towards you. "I saw what you did, would you like do better"? She asked. "Yes". You said "Then follow me". Should you follow this stranger?
