It turns out that this particular pizza guy was very paranoid and also very vengeful. Months ago he had placed a car bomb in his delivery vehicle that was remotely activated by a device in his own body once his heart stopped beating.

The delivery car explodes with you inside of it, and you are immediately incinerated.
