The Chief of Police is waiting in Joe's office when he arrives at the police station. "Just on time, as always." The chief says to Joe as he gets to his feet, "Come with me." Joe follows the Chief into the meeting room where three men are already seated around the table. Two are familiar faces to Joe, men he's served with for almost twenty years. Good cops through and through. The third man is Johnson, the rookie. Our force is his first assignment and so far he's been decent, not the most focused, but Joe believes he has the beginnings of a good cop. Chief Briggs starts talking as soon as Joe has taken his seat. "We have to move up the deadline on the case to tonight. Stone, I want you in charge of this one and it has to go off without a hitch. If we can get their accountant or even just their financial information We can consider the night a success. Here are your case files, best of luck gentlemen. Dismissed."
