Fan Fic: Where in the World Is Carmen Sandiego?

You land in Sao Paulo, the largest metropolitan area in Brazil. A global financial and commercial center, Sao Paulo is the richest city in the country, as well as the most populous.

You go for a walk in the Downtown Sao Paulo area. You pass by many high-rise office buildings. The main headquarters of many large banks, law firms, and multi-national corporations are located here. There are a number of cultural and historical attractions in Sao Paulo as well.

You visit a few of these cultural repositories. You take a look around while asking for clues to Carmen's whereabouts.

The bookstore worker says, "We have not seen anyone who fits that description."

"She has not been here," the art gallery director says.

"I have not seen the person you are looking for," the librarian says. She smiles as she scrambles to her feet. "But we do have several rare books for sale," the librarian continues as she shows you around the display table. "True literary masterpieces- a biography of Mario de Andrade ... a map book of Amazon ruins ... hardbound collector's editions of Ground Zero and Necromancer by EndMaster...."
