Pandemic 2: The land of the infected

He turns around with surprise as you say "Hi" He screams something but you cannot understand. "What" you say
he replies by taking off his surgical mask and saying "what are you doing, are you infected?" You reply by saying no and that you were dropped down from the entrance. He gives you surgical masks and explains that he is trying to find a cure and thinks he is almost there.
