The Zombie Apocalypse

The doors swing open and you see them for the first time. They are sluggish, but unrelenting as they move upon you. You fire a round into the closest shambling monster and it reels backwards as the slug hits it in the chest.

To your amazement, it keeps coming. You aim for the head this time and the thing drops to the ground in a shower of blood. This time, it stays down.

More move in after you and you drop them in order. But there are too many. As you reload they set upon your group of survivors. They tear them apart.

You try to help, but there's nothing you can do. You spot the church van parked only a short distance away. The walking dead are feasting on the weak, buying you enough time to get to the van. The keys, as you expected, are in the window visor but the gas is low.

You start the van up and take one last look at the members of your group.

There was nothing you could do for them. Now, must make your way to safety. Where do you go?
