The Island of Destiny
As you wander past the peanut bushes, you can't help but notice a distinct trail of crumbled peanut shells. Someone was visiting these bushes before you, presumably the same person who dropped that note.
You now come across a thin, dirt path and you are startled to notice that this is definitely man-made. You can even see wheel tracks where a cart may have been drug.
You wander down this path for a few minutes, checking your red compass every so often. Eventually, you come to a fork in the road, with one direction going left and one going right. You are surprised to see a sign posted near split in the path. It says:

-> The Lunatic's Hold
Left to the mansion, right to the lunatic. Which direction do you pick?
