The Island of Destiny
You race across the bridge and as you run, you can hear the panels on the bridge snapping and breaking behind you. It won't be long until this whole bridge will be destroyed and you might pummel to your doom. You see the edge of the next cliff getting closer, but the noise is getting faster and faster.
Soon, you hear more snaps and crunches, signaling that the tension in the rope is failing and you feel really awful knowing that you took physics, because you realize that this probably means the bridge will fall in the next few moments. You only need a few more seconds but unfortunately you hear a louder, final SNAP and the next thing you know, the bridge gives out beneath you. Surging with adrenaline, you make a gigantic leap and luckily are able to grab a good hold of the cliff with your left hand. Quickly, you pull your right hand up onto the cliff and pull your whole self up onto the cliff. You sit there, stunned, as you watch the rope bridge hit the bottom of the ravine.
Jarra waits for you nearby, sensing that you need a few moments. He then flutters up to you once you've stood up.
"I apologize for that, I had no idea the bridge was so rickety." he says.
"You know, Maren told me not to trust you at all." you retort, very annoyed with the red parrot.
"Heh," Jarra chuckles. "No she would've led you to your death. Look, it was my mistake. It won't happen again, you have my word."
"Fine, let's just keep going." you say as you decide to shrug it off.

You follow Jarra through more of the jungle and when you come to rest at a small stream, there are some bushes nearby with blue berries. You just notice how hungry you really are. You start to walk over to the bushes until you feel a claw in your shoulder and as you cringe, Jarra perches himself on your shoulder.
"You cannot eat those berries!" he exclaims. "They will hurt you badly. Try those berries over there, they are healthy."
He points one of his wings in the direction of a patch of red berries. They are very bright and honestly look just as tasty. Jarra then flies off your shoulder and goes to perch next to the shimmering stream.
Which berries do you want to eat?
