You drive through the streets of Gotham. You come across a few random crimes here and there and you take care of them with ease. Random... it all makes sense, if you think about it. The Joker's calling card is randomness, chaos.

You keep driving, pedal to the metal, and finally you see a few clown-faced thugs running away from a burning jewelry store.
