The next day you awaken to see Bogrot throwing small rocks at the elf's head, who is now in a semi-state of consciousness. If he wasn't completely tied up, you doubt if the goblin would be so brave.
"Alright Bogrot, that'll do. Don't want you to accidentally split his skull open. Alright elf you're coming with us. Can't have you still awake though, so you can go back to sleep." You apply a more controlled blow to the elf's head and pick him up over your shoulder. He's actually pretty light so you have no problems carrying him.
You and Bogrot eventually make your way back to the ruins. When you get to Azoth you throw the elf on the floor, and Azoth addresses you.
"Ah yes, I see you have succeeded and acquired a little helper along the way now just untie that elf and I'll do the rest."
"Bogrot untie the elf."
After Bogrot complies, Azoth immediately dominates the mind of the unconscious elf's body and forces him to pick up the crystal which embeds in his hand. Now he has full control of the elf."
"Hahaha! Perfect! Now I can also infiltrate the elven home nearby and my havoc will be tenfold!"
"Yeah, yeah, now how about my payment?"
"Hmmm, yes what about it?" Azoth remarks.
