Criminal
You close the door to the Apartment quietly so that you don't wake the residents. You unlock the door to your Apartment and enter. Then you go to the closet, grab the Voice distorter for phones and pocket it. You exit your Apartment and lock it up once again. Then you head down to the streets and enter a Phone box. Here you put the Voice distorter onto the phone and you ring the Police.
"You have called 911 emergencies," says the operator.
"Yeah, uh, I heard screaming from my Apartment down the hall from where I live. It sounded like a little girl. I think she is getting beaten up or something. The adress I think it come from was Number 33 of the Refraine Apartments down Refreth Street, Downtown."
"The Police are on their way, sir," replied the operator.
"Thanyou," You said.
You hung up the phone, pocketed the Voice distorter and headed back up to your Apartment.
