You leave the fortified village to pursue this dangerous course of action.
As it stands right now though you might not actually have to enter the heart of the camp, if you have certain skills.
If you're a wizard this is going to be very easy. A couple of well placed fireballs are going to do it and you don't even need to get too close. You can't cast too many though without getting drained and you need to have something left for the big battle!
A technologist will have it easy too as you can make up firebombs using the supplies in the village. (You don't lose any from your personal inventory)
If you can't do any of these, you'll have to take a tinderbox you borrowed from the village and a piece of wood nearby, light it up and prepare to cause mayhem up close. Which will be a lot more dangerous.
