Gold Rush Choose Your Own Adventure

You are sitting in your armchair next to a warm fire when word leaked out that the gold rush has started!! You jump out of the chair and yell to your spouse, “I’m going to California.” Your son runs up to you and he asks you, “Can I come with you?” You say, “No.” “It's too dangerous for kids to be in the gold rush.” Then you run out the door. In your haste, you drop your purse, but you do not see it and feel your pockets.You feel no money so you run into the house again to get some more money. Then you run into the hustle and bustle of the crowd. You gallop up to the line like a faun to get tickets to California. Finally, you reach the top of the line and the booth person asks you how you want to go to California. You think about all the ways you could go. There are only three routes.
