Cody Christano: The Life of an American Scum Bucket
You approach the owner of the record store.
"Hi fellas, what can I do for you today?" A mustachioed, balding man with glasses states gruffly.
"Yo check it playa, I'm Dusk and this be Uncle Soda of the Midnight Terror Crew and we are the biggest up and coming rap group in the whole tri county area! I'm here to sell you EXCLUSIVE rights to sell our album in your fine establishment! If we could only have a moment of your time to let you listen to our hardcore lyrical masterpieces."
The owner stares at you with a blank look on his face.
"Uncle...Soda?" He says, bewildered.
"Uhh yeah..the fiercest warrior rapper around!" You talk him up, while trying to hide your flush face. You really wish Uncle Soda would change his lame rap name.
"Ahhh...well ya know what fellas...sure I'll give you a chance. We need to get some new business in here and a young rap band might be the ticket. Give me your best shot."
You hand the owner the demo tape as he brings out a large boom box. Now you only have the chance to play one song so you got to choose the one you think is your best. You haven't titled any of your demo songs yet so you only know them by the first words of the lyrics. Choose wisley, your future rap career depends on it!
