The Legend of Apollonius
You want to save Selia but your outnumbered and you don't know what your fighting. You run into the forest while Selia screams for help.
"Apollo! Help me!"
You cant turn around now so you keep running. The creatures continue to chase you until you arrive at the edge of a cliff. With no other options you draw your sword and get ready to fight. One of the creatures walks towards you forcing you closer to the edge. The other one watches from a distance as the first creature pounces at you you fall backwards onto the ground with the creature on top of you hissing and foaming at the mouth. You roll back and kick it off of you sending the creature flying off the cliff to its death. The edge of the cliff starts to collapse as you grab to a branch extended from it. Dangling helplessly the second creature stands over our body grabs your wrists and starts chewing threw your hand. You try to let go of the branch to escape the excruciating pain but the creature has a strong grip on you. It keeps biting until its down to the bone then with one final bite your hand is severed from your body as you fall to your death.
