The Diamond Cavern
Putting all fears behind you, you burst through the bush with a smile on your face. The startled dwarf drops his knife and falls to the ground. You immediately rush up to him, concerned. "Sorry sir, I didn't mean to startle you like that!". The dwarf gets up and stares at you for a few seconds before breaking into a loud echoing laugh. "Don't worry youngling, we all make mistakes. Now sit down, you must be tired, would you like something to eat? Soup? You generously accept his offer, gaining yourself 5 hit points.
About 10 minutes later, you set down your empty bowl, and start up some conversation. After a while, it drifts to talk about the forest. "You say you've been in here for three days?" says the dwarf, surprised. You nod sheepishly. "Well don't worry, you'll be out in no time, the exit's only about a 5 hour walk from hear!" Your ears prick up excitedly "Five hours?" You say. "What a relief, I thought this path would never end!".
"Yes, yes, but there's just one thing." Says the dwarf gravely. "When you get an intersection, turn left down the windy forest path. It will take you half an hour longer, but the right side is filled with assassins. I wouldn't go down there if you value your life."
You thank the dwarf greatly, and after a while, return to camp.
