Hero Quest
You help at the stables since you remember. Somehow, you find horses to be better companions than humans, and spend as much time as possible riding your fellow friends, feeling the wind flow through your hair.
One day, during spring time, while flowers are blossoming all over the fields, you are brushing the hair of a horse dear to you, IronLord. Suddenly, you hear someone yelling outside. You spot a small crowd surrounding a messenger.
"There is word of a giant white dragon which is burning towns to the west!" he screams, "All of the lands ruled by Count Rafard are ruined, and it is by the river, 8 kilometers from here. Run to the city, take all you can! It is the order from the King!" He pokes the horse and just like that, he is gone.
The merchant says "It is true! I have seen it with my own eyes! A roaring beast, long as a river, and wide as a barn."
As the crowd starts to get anxious, each one adds to the description body parts from nightmares: giant horns, blue fire, claws the size of daggers, as well as other horrific weapons.
Soon, everyone is running and gattering their belongings in a hurry as a desperate attempt to flee from the dragon rampage. You desire to do so as well, but, as a member of the king's army, your purpose is different.
As the village elder assembles a small party to try and slow down the dragon to make time for others to get away safely, you decide your role.
