You throw it into what you believe to be 'the doctor's lab.'

A moment passes, then someone screams
"OH MY GOD, IT'S PIERCED HIS HEART!" Apparently you threw it into an operating room. And apparently you have good aim and a great throwing arm.

This calls for desperate measures. You:

You have 5 choices:

Run inside, yelling "IT WAS ME!"
Throw yet another airplane into the room to remedy the problem
Run inside and try to bottle some of the guy's blood to sell on Ebay as "Heart Blood"
Attach a wad of gum to the tip of another airplane and throw it into the ceiling fan
Act innocent like nothing happened.
